Bank Rec (2)

Looks like the bank rec doesn't use an electronic banking file, which our planned bank rec does. Gotcha there Yardi (if we can pull if off that is).

After entering the property and cutoff date, the system pulls in the open transactions for your to checkmark the transactions that have cleared the bank statement. Also allows for a new date field so you can track the date the transaction cleared the bank. Lets you filter by transactions type as well (don't know how important that is).

2nd caveat, bank rec summaries je's that net to 0. makes sense to me.
