But the changes they're touting seem a little too obvious to me. They have a knowledge base for trouble tickets, the developers meet with the tech support staff, they want to improve system performance and reliability.
Guess they needed to have something to get us started, but a fluff piece doesn't set the tone very well. My expectations are probably too high.
